The service

Stillpoint provides a free Liu Yao chart and first orientation. An optional purchase provides one personalized deep reading for the specific question, chart, and Reading ID created in that session. It is not a subscription and does not include unlimited follow-up interpretations.

Payment and delivery

The price shown before checkout is the price for one deep reading. Gumroad processes checkout and payment details, and its checkout terms may also apply. Delivery normally begins after the purchase is verified. Keep the receipt, purchase reference, and Reading ID until the reading has appeared successfully.

Reflection, not professional advice

Readings are offered for personal reflection and cultural learning. They describe patterns, conditions, and possible responses rather than guaranteeing a future outcome. They are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or safety advice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass payment, automate excessive requests, probe private records, or use the site in a way that harms other visitors. You are responsible for the question and information you choose to submit.

Availability and support

We aim to keep casting, payment verification, and delivery available, but temporary interruptions can occur. If a paid reading is not delivered, contact support@stillpointreading.uk with the purchase email, Reading ID, and any support code shown. Delivery failures and refund requests are handled under the Refund and Delivery Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the version currently presented on the site. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later use and purchases.
