Questions and chart data

When you cast, Stillpoint stores the question, casting results, and calculated chart so they can be connected to one deep reading. No account is required. Unpaid records expire after 7 days and paid charts and readings after 180 days. Expired content is removed during routine server cleanup and can no longer be retrieved.

Reading and payment services

When you request a deep reading, your question and chart are sent to the interpretation service used to create it. Payments and payment details are handled by Gumroad and its payment providers; Stillpoint does not receive your full card information.

Operational data

Basic technical records may be processed to keep the site secure, diagnose delivery failures, prevent abuse, and understand whether important steps such as starting a cast, opening checkout, or reading delivery are working. These funnel events do not include the text of your question.

Deletion and support

You may request deletion of retained personal reading content by emailing support@stillpointreading.uk. Include the Reading ID when available so the correct record can be located.
